RPI formula: 50% win percentage + 33% opponent's win percentage (O%) + 25% opponent's opponents' win percentage (OO%)

It does look that way....it just doesn't like your team....you guys have a great team and deserve a lot of respect!!!!

This. I thought it was just my spreadsheet, but even the "official" power rankings spreadsheet doesn't respect the Rat Ogres. It's a good thing they know that I respect the hell out of them, as I do Cobden. I'm glad to see that these two BBB #12 legends will finally meet on the field.

It's going to be a crazy game. But I do put Cobden as the favorite in this one. They just have so many more levels than us it's kind of scary.

Scary....you guys have a fantastic team and a amazing winning streak!!! That shows you have great players and top notch ownership and GMs!!! I think I can fairly say that your team has the respect of all of the teams around this league.

Well to put in perspective Cobden's average Offensive player level is 39.7 and average defensive player level is 40 for starters only.

The Rat Ogres average Offensive player level is 34 the average defensive player level is 36.2 for starters only.

So Rat Ogre offense at 34 vs Cobden defense at 40 is Rat Ogres giving up 6 levels on average. Cobden offense of 39.7 vs Rat Ogre defense of 36.2 is a little closer with the Rat Ogres giving up only 3.5 levels on average.

The other thing I don't understand is if the computer rankings have Cobden ranked higher than the Rat Ogres how do those same spreadsheets have the Rat Ogres winning?

That is a very interesting question. What really get's taken into consideration? Maybe the winning streak plays in? Maybe because you have a great owner and GMs You finally are getting some respect

For the league projector spreadsheet, it's because the RPI are my own and not really tied to that part of the data. For the power ranking spreadsheet, beats me. I do keep both sheets in the same folder, so maybe they talk?
