The hawks need this one bad as they sit on the playoff bubble, they are hoping to catch the mountaineers looking ahead to the Battle of Tanzania

Madagascar Serpent Eagles v. Ghana Ashanti Empire
Both these teams need this game. The Eagles are holding onto a small 1 game lead on the silverbacks for a profitable home playoff game (they don't have the tie breaker). The empire is on their last game of a brutal stretch of games and every one counts as they are in the big 4 way tie for the last 3 playoff spots.

Monrovia Blood Diamonds v. South African Ratels
A pride game for the Ratels... they are technically still in it and this game would be a huge one to maybe pick their victim of who they are taking a spot from.

Richards Bay Raging Redskins v. Namibia Wildehond
The redskins have too many tough games left to have a real shot at the playoffs.... but this is still a very good match-up and should be a close game.

Pullman Sinsations v. Central African Tigers =
a battle for the bottom, but with no draft picks to be gained this is more about what team hasn't thrown in the towel and is holding onto their pride preparing for next season

wow that is quite a group of big games this week from top to bottom!

the game of interest to us, silverbacks, is the madagascar v ghana game. i can't decide who to root for. one way or another, we need to go 3-1 in our last four. a tall task with tanzania and durban.

ghana holds the tiebreaker on us and we on the eagles. ghana should win it's last three. and the eagles are in their toughest stretch. they need to win at least two of four to have the chance to host a playoff game.

i don't think we can finish 11-5 and get a home playoff game. but we really want the money!! hopefully things fall our way.

oooooh, the worry. go winning team!!!
