Some great matchups this week (minus one), so I'll give this a shot.
Fury @ Q Dawgs - Fury started the season a strong 7-0, but lost two in a row leading some to wonder if the early performance was a fluke. Convincing wins against the Bicycle Clowns and Evolution have them at 9-2, but with questions remaining. The Q Dawgs hope to improve on their 8-3 mark. To do so, they'll need to bring their A game against Fury. With wins against the Bears and Dreams, however, the Dawgs have proven they can hang with the top teams. Game to watch! Fury 34 - Dawgs 21
Cheetahs @ River Rats - The River Rats started the season a surprising 2-2, but have won 7 in a row (including a last second FG win against the Dreams) to be 9-2 heading into week 12. They face a very dangerous Cheetahs team who are riding a 4 game win streak of their own, including wins over the Bears and Q Dawgs. Major playoff implications! River Rats 45 - Cheetahs 24
Scorpions @ Bears - The Scorpions are another team that started strong with 5 straight wins. In fact, this very impressive team has lost only twice all season. Their only losses? Fury and Blaze. Two very impressive teams. They face a Bears team that can only be described as schizophrenic. They lose to the Q Dawgs then win the next week against the River Rats...handily, I may add. They lose to the Dreams and Cheetahs, then defeat Fury...handily, I may add. Which Bears team shows up will likely determine the outcome of this game. Game of the Week! Bears 38 - Scorpions 27
Chips @ Evolution - A 3 win team vs a 4 win team. This is actually a pretty good matchup. Unfortunately for both teams, relegation is likely out of the picture at this point. If nothing else, the winner gets bragging rights going into next season. Evolution 49 - Chips 17
Dreams @ Bearphins - There has to be a mismatch every week, doesn't there? Nothing to see here...move along. 255-0
Aces @ Outbreak - Can A6 East have a winless team this year? This game will provide the answer. If the Aces win, its almost certain we know who this years relegations will be. If not, we'll not only have no winless teams, but a race to drop into BBB. Oh, the drama. Aces 77 - Outbreak 7
Gangstas @ Blaze - The Gangstas arrived in A6 with an early season win against the River Rats. Unfortunately, they've followed that win up with losses against all the other top teams they've faces except the Cheetahs. The Blaze, on the other hand, continue to Power Through the competition on their way to a likely #1 seed. The Gangstas will need their best game to Wrap Up a win against the Blaze. Major playoff implications! Blaze 54 - Gangstas 16
Wardogs @ Bicycle Clowns - Can the Wardogs remain in the race for relegation, or will the Bicycle Clows spoil their chances with a loss. Wait, did that sound right? Either way, a game between two of the bottom teams in the league that could prove interesting. Bicycle Clowns 41 - Wardogs 13
