Hey so these are up a bit early, but I figured I should beat skvan for once =p, this Week contains a bit more interesting games as(just my personal rankings) #1 Rippers face #5 pulse, #3 Evil Empire vs #6 Crusaders and lastly #7 Manchester vs #8 Borum. Good luck everyone, the matches will hopefully be good games and not as much of blowouts as I believe can happen.
London Rippers vs London Pulse
The #1 ranked team and only remaining undefeated team in Zeta takes on the Pulse this week who have so far shown this season to be no threat to any of the top teams. This one will start in the trenches and end up who capitalizes in the big play if its close. The pulse have not had any answers so far this season for the DE's of the top 4 teams allowing 2 sacks vs the Stallions and 6 sacks vs Evil Empire. This can be a key factor for the Rippers to on capatilize this season as they've accumulated 49 sacks as a team. Hopefully the Pulse can show up to play to give the rippers a competitive game as they bring out the Broncos avatar to scare the raiders fan =], now all they need is for their two QBs to have elway like performances.
Score: 42-17 - Rippers
Italian Stallions vs October Wildfire
Wildfire has a good team that will be better next season, but for now they cannot handle the current builds that the stallions posess & tactics by their owner and gms. October can always try for an upset, but will need to have the sim go their way very badly.
Score: 62-10
The Evil Empire vs Lisbon Crusaders
After sustaining a huge loss to the Stallions it should be interesting to how the crusaders respond. Evil Empire brings a high powered passing attack(1 QB) to the table against the crusaders who allow 230 yards per game. It will be interesting to see how the crusaders try to get something started vs Evil Empires defense who allows 165 passing yards per game and a league 2nd ranked rushing d 18.6 yards per game. Crusaders certainly have the team build to try to compete in this game, but they're not capable of doing it just yet vs the #3 team in the league who is a threat to any team.
Score: 52-16 - The Evil Empire
Prague Defenestrators vs Phi Kappa Leesburg
Another pick for Prague.. but I can possibly finally pick a different team besides Prague next week when they play a certain team =]. Things start to brighten up for Leesburg after this game for they can start to try to pull off upsets in their remaining schedule.
Score: 70-9 - Prague
Borum Hill Treble vs Manchester Divided
Neither of these teams have showed up to play vs any playoff teams this season(Manchester 0-5) (Borum 0-3). This one could determine the #7 & #8 seed between the two assuming they both end up in the playoffs. Manchester is going to have to have some type of passing presence which could be easy for them vs a Borum Pass defense that allows 286.7 yards per game along with 26 Pass TDs allowed.
The Fresh Pimps Of Bel Air vs MIssouri Quicksand
Pimps roll over Missouri.
Score: 123-0 - Pimps
Reykjavík Polar Bears vs Rotterham Cannons
Polar Bears win this one easily vs a rebuilding Rotterham team.
Score: 77-6 - Polar Bears
Matterhorn Marmots vs ROUEN Bisounours de l'Enfer
Matterhorn ends the 7 game losing streak after a 2-2 start to the season and for Rouen their win streak ends as soon as it started.
Score: 55-13 - Marmots
