just made him i have no idea what i should really do to make a good OT

what should i cap first and how high?

LOT or ROT? either way it's agi first, then str and then blk ... the only emphasis is that ROTs get more str and LOTs get more agi. using cap logic, you'd 3cap str and 2cap agi for a ROT, whereas you'd 2cap str and 3cap agi for a LOT

i didnt really decide which side he'd play i'd think there would be more demand for ROTs

You should 3rd cap all 3 for either position.

Yea except good pass rushing DE's line up at btoh sides and the ROT doesnt have Protect to fall back on in those situations.
