this would be like instead of all american for high school all state, would anyone be interested in voting? ill do it as long as i can get a sufficient amount of votes. and i dont think it should matter if its a gm or owner. everyone in the western conference should be able to vote post your response if your interested in this

i think you should wait till the end before you do this. not from your conference but you gotta wait for the other teams in WC to play the gutted to decide
