I've got a scrambling QB he's 50/50 speed agility, but i'm looking for a starting job. he's got a 151.4 QB rating.

I've got a pure running QB and he's got 69 speed right now. But he's only a level 10 at the moment and I haven't put any SP's into his agility yet.
