Ethiopian Food Mongers (1-8) L8 vs. Madagascar Wild (7-2) W1
Ethiopia has looked awful lately. This one shouldn't be close as Madagascar wins easily. Look for Marty the Zebra and Sachsen Paule to rack up big yards in the 2nd half.
Madagascar-63 Ethiopia-10

Madagascar Grand JagerMenze (3-6) L3 vs. Uganda Crowned Cranes (4-5) L1
At this point in the season and with the remaining games left, it looks like Madagascar has no shot at the playoffs. I count at least 3-4 more guaranteed losses for them. Uganda is in a must win situation and they should win today. Their schedule isn't easy either, but they still have a shot at finishing #8 and making a playoff birth if they can pull off an upset down the road. Uganda should win this one by two scores or more.
Uganda-42 Madagascar-21

P-Town Ballaz (4-5) L3 vs. Mauritius Mountain Lions (7-2) W3
P-Town looked better than they had in a while last week after rebounding from a beating they took from Lethoso. The Ballaz are another one of those teams battling for a playoff spot, and a win today would be huge fro them. They will need to get their gameplan together though, because the Mountain Lions are one of the better teams in this conference as they proved last week. If they can contain the Lions pass rush the Ballaz might have a shot. Look for a big game by Dizzy Hammonds as the Ballaz pull off the minor upset.
Mauritius-31 P-Town-34

Freetown Jayhawks (7-3) L1 vs. Rhodesian Ridgebacks (0-9) L19
Freetown wins!
Freetown-255 Rhodesian-0

Ivory Coast Breakers (1-7-1) L7 vs. Lethoso Rollers (3-6) W2
Ivory Coast is in a tail spin. Look for that to continue today as the Lethoso Rollers steamroll the breakers in an ugly beatdown! Lethoso still has a shot at the playoffs if they keep this up!
Lethoso-63 Ivory Coast-10

Savanna Pride (3-5-1) W1 vs. Egyptian War Gods (6-3) L1
Egypt is just too much for Savanna in this one I'm afraid. They are a more balanced team who could have had a chance against Cardiff last week if they had just used a goalline offense on the 1! Anyway look for Egypt to get back on track today in a high scoring game against Savanna.
Egypt-48 Savanna-31

Michigan Nation (8-1) W3 vs. Zimbabwe Hyenas (9-0) W9
Game of the week! Zimbabwe looks to defend it's spot on top of the conference against a confident Michigan team. This one will go back and forth in the first half, but I think Zimbabwe puts them away in the second half with a great game by Pierre Thomas and Willie Cote.
Zimbabwe-45 Michigan-27

Cardiff Cobras (8-1) W7 vs. Benin Black Mambas (4-5) W1
Benin looked better last week...have they turned it around? This one is going to be close probably, because that's what Cardiff does most of the time! I'm calling for the upset, but I'm not confident!
Benin-31 Cardiff-28

Well the next 6 games are going to be brutal for Cardiff. You should be happy if you come out with 2-3 wins from those. This game and your next game a very winnable, but after that it will be tough except for Rhodesian of course.

Edit: Okay you shouldn't be happy with that, but with 4 wins maybe!

I absolutely agree about our schedule, but we are very really hoping to get a home playoff game or two. Could definately use the money.

That'll be tough with your remaining games, good luck though.

Great write! The Cranes need this one for any shot at the playoffs, even then we are a long shot. Would love to see a win today to keep things interesting!

It's pretty evenly matched, should be an interesting game.

Damn Cardiff! Going to have to pick you to win until you lose I guess. This just isn't working out!

Other than that, P-Town let me down...Lethoso game was closer than expected. Zimbabwe is looking really good.
