I'm not surprised. My team has a few people that do not update tactics or respond on forums or PMs so I have no idea what they're doing. This will be the last season for some agents (which I found out via hearsay) so I think it's pretty much AFK...

That sucks mate. You need guys to help your team out when they are underleveled. Its pretty tricky if they aint on the same ballpark as yourself.

Most are and I appreciate all they bring to the table - let me make it clear in that respect. But when I feel "well maybe they did or maybe they didn't", it discourages me from bothering to post tactics.

in that case all you can do is worry about game plan and overall tactics. sometimes game planning overcomes deficiencies....you can "hide" players in a scheme or use the playbook to draw on your strengths and cover your weaknesses until you get some descent agents together.......

i just replaced my starting FS, and a WR for that very reason. i feel your pain. im lucky to have a great recruiter who filled the spots....and actually upgraded both positions.

i agree with you......except instead of getting discouraged.....i just replace them with folks who are active, and want to play the game the way its supposed to be played.....although it isnt easy to find sometimes.

this season alone i have replaced a total of 9 players for this.

Munich should be higher on the list but our team is pretty much inactive, noone ever posts anything in the team forum and the owner doesnt even post either. Its pretty dead and pretty boring.

We havent even had a post in the forum since Jan 14th.

Brutal. My DC from last season left because our forum was so inactive. Luckily I got folks like the Warden, Intz and kenny6858 keeping me sane. =)

Its easy to say 'just replace them' but man, its so freeking hard signing guys.

I dont know if you HAVE to offer then 3x the expected for them to consider even replying to you these days, but id guess 5% bother replying if that. Most of them are saying no. Most of the ones not saying no are saying im commited elsewhere.

I dont know what im saying wrong. I try to be the 'team owner, recruiting this and that' speil. I try the casual, 'let us know if you like the look of us' approach. None of them work.

Im fairly sure ALL the new guys ive signed in the last season or so have been from friends/contacts etc, and Ive not signed many.

Lets just get all the most active people from this league and make a super team.

Its easy for us. The GMs and owners have about 90% of the roster. We have like 2/3 users that dont say anything on forum but its not something we are going to worry about too much.

Could we actually come to a consensus on the team name? Like the Casbah Super Love Machine? With a name like that, losing wouldn't be so bad -- "we're lovers, not fighters"
