After week 9 the top 2 seeds have seperated themselves by 2 games over the 3rd place team. The Cowboys vs Right matchup in week 13 is going to much hyped and is going to determine home field. The Raptors suffered a defestating loss to the Souls and need to beat both the Cowboys and Right in the coming weeks. Now for this weeks matchups!
Memphis Kings vs Berlin Devine Right
Umm...what can I say about this game? Well, one the cruise control starts in the Kings might score 10.
Kings 9 - Right 82
Phoenix Eagles vs Cocaine Cowboys
Again, here is another blowout game. Cowboys look poised to run the table and have a very good shot at it. They only question is, can they win game #13?
Eagles 3 - Cowboys 77
Atlantis Lost Souls vs Blood Gulch Pumas
If the Pumas want to make serious run at the post season and seen as a legit contender, then they need to finally win a big game. Their best win was a 2 point win vs Redcliff. It will take more then that to win against the Souls. I look for QB Alex Johnson to continue his hot streak and pass for 5 TDs. The Pumas's secondary better be ready.
Souls 45 - Pumas 27
Bundaberg Drop Bears vs Texas Storm
The Bears gave it all they could against the Cowboys and still came up short. The Bears will regret losing that early game to the Souls come playoff seeding time and can't afford another loss. Lucky for them, they get the Storm this week. This is the proverbial "bye"week and time to play the backups.
Bears 215 - Storm 7
Seattle Panthers vs Rekohu Raptors
*****Potential upset and game of the week*****
This is a do or die game for both clubs. Panthers will most likely not make the playoffs if they lose this game. And if they do, they won't like the seeding they get and will be 1 and done. The Raptors can't afford to lose 1 more game or else they will not finish higher then #3 and maybe even lower since they lost to 2 teams fighting for the #3 and #4 playoff spots. I still think the Raptors win this game and ruin the Panthers fantastic start. I can't see Ash letting his team lose 3 in a row and he will run like OJ from the cops. His new nickname will be "White Ford Bronco" after this game. The Right completely exposed the Panthers defense last game and I look for the Raptors to watch that game and follow the Right's lead.
Panthers 13 - Raptors 44
Solomon Islands Pack vs Wellington War Pigs
SIP is on a roll. If they can win out (which is highly likely) they will earn the #4 playoff seed. The Pigs aren't going to much of a challenge as both WR Papale and Neilsson are unstoppable. That trend continues as the "Swiss" cheese defense of the Pigs end up tackling each other instead of the ball carriers.
Pack 63 - Pigs 24
Williamsburg Colonials vs Redcliff Razamanaz
Raz are hot and get a crap team to pad their stats against. I look for George to have a big day and take over the league lead in rushing.
Colonials 13 - Raz 92
South Sydney Rabid Rabbitohs vs Sandersville WarChickens
Sweet, a game not worth noting.
Rabbits 90 - WarChickens 10
