Alright guys, i'm implementing some changes to this since participation was down last time. I will NOT release a poll if there is under 5 votes for a conference. ONLY if you have 5 or more ballots from your conference can you expect one out. I would like to make that number closer to 8, but I'll make it 5.
If I do not get 10 total ballots, then the next poll will switch to the entire league. It takes only a few minutes to get a ballot in, hell you can take the standings as your ballot, thats all I need really. It takes much more time to collect the date and organize it than it does to submit it, so please try and get the ballots in.
