Alpha:
#1. Golden Coast Titanz, I have just had that feeling about them all season. I knew they would be a great one. They are sure proving it as they are winning some amazing ball games like the great Bay City win along with a win over Palau and Johnston.
#2. Bay City Bohica, Despite a incredible 20 point loss, they barely drop at all. Their wins over Moai and Guam are just way to impressive; not to mention the wins over the P-Monkeys and Atlantis.
#3. Guam Gamecocks, They are just great. They have played amazing football so far. One of those teams where it takes work to find the holes. They are just a heck of a team that has overall talent.
#4. Easter Island Moai, They are a TD away from being at least #2 on this list. They are playing great ball and seem to be one of those teams that could easily beat anybody.
#5. Amarillo Super Frogs, They are on a great 6 game win streak and have played some pretty decent ball. They have not had the toughest schedule yet, but it is coming. They have only played 3 teams with winning records and lost to one of those.
Zeta:
#1. Fiji Panzers, They are just something else ladies and gents. They play great football with decent talent and amazing gameplans, but week 8 will tell the tale.
#2. Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts, They are on a great streak and are one of the only two teams left undefeated. Amazing feat for a freshly promoted team.
#3. Asau Assassins, One of those talented teams that could easily whip the team at #1 of either league. Super talented and superiorly run, they are just a power team.
#4. Hueco Mundo Hollows, The silent killer... They just go play great ball. Take out a Fiji loss, and they are right there at the top. This team is as talented as any team you will find. Expect a fight every time they hit the field.
#5. Sumatra Sea Hawks, They are on fire with that great win over Perth. They had a great challenge against a good Perth team and came out on top; a win to be proud of.
Games to Watch
Alpha:
Samoa Piranha Monkeys @ Guam Gamecocks.
Samoa needs a win horribly to get back on track and prove they belong in the playoff picture as a 6+ seed. Guam needs it to keep in contention for that top seed. This is a great game by two teams from OA#3.
Zeta:
Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts @ Fiji Panzers.
Possibly the game of the SEASON babe. BIG time here. These two teams hate each other and are both undefeated. CAN you spell prime time?! This will be a slug fest and man, the winner takes home the top seed? Does it get any better than this?! Somebody get me my medicine, this is great.
