So I have a QB on this team, the Hanoi Heat. I was told he'd be getting lots of play time and instead he's backing up a guy who is 2 levels higher than he is but has a sub-par build. My QB has a pretty good build.

Holy crap, why on earth would you sign with a new team for multiple seasons? That was an extremely bad move on your part. It sucks but unless you can find a trade, I don't think that there'll be much that you can do about it. And just a hint, posting like this is a good way to piss off the owner. You piss him off and he may not even trade you even if you find someone that wants ya. He could just throw you on the bench to rot until the beginning of season 10. You may want to rethink your strategy here.
