i wouldn't think the first chart would have us ranked over RGB, then losing to them by 5 TDs.

You are correct....it is 5 TD's and a 2 point conversion.

They are not related although they come from the same spreadsheet. The RPI is a direct correlation to opponent win %s while the projections take into account all games played and scores from those games. Your early 2 games probably affected the current projection vs RGB as well as every other week. It can't see chemistry and builds it just goed by what it knows.

lol. we're behind chicago in the rankings, but there is a 36 point spread?!?!?! does that make ANY sense?

i think it's going to be a hard fought game, and much closer than 36 points. if either of the two teams win by that much, it's because the other team made a ton of turnovers...

It crossed my mind to write a macro for all USA A leagues and see who has the highest RPI to see who has the best competition and things of that nature. I think the macro would take something like 12 hours to run...
