Alpha:
#1. Bay City Bohica, What amazes me about these cats is that they are undefeated in AA and have played two of the top teams in Alpha. Week 7 offers a super matchup with the Titanz coming to town.
#2. Guam Gamecocks, They have beaten Krakatoa, West Canaan, and Palau... That's pretty darn good. That was a heck of a win against a super Coyotes team. The Gamecocks are sitting pretty good right now.
#3. Golden Coast Titanz, They are only 1 point away from being right there in contention for #1, wow talk about regret. The Titanz have a titan sized game coming up, but I am sure they will be prepared.
#4. Easter Island Moai, They are doing all possible. They are winning some great games and playing some great ball, but of their next 6 weeks, only two opponents have losing records...
#5. Amarillo Super Frogs, They keep on impressing me. Two straight wins over pretty good teams is a great way to impress. Their next two opponents records combine to equal 1 win vs 11 losses, that is some great news! Bad news is that they are three games away from a big Moai match.
Zeta:
#1. Fiji Panzers, They gave Taz their second loss in a game that was a real scare for the undefeated team. I am super impressed with how Fiji does really nothing amazing, but everything really good.
#2. Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts, They took Perth out behind the shack and layed down the law. When you gain 313 rushing yards, with just your starter... You are doing something right. Especially since the rushing is jacked this season.
#3. Hueco Mundo Hollows, Of their next seven games, only two opponents have winning records... seems kind of unfair, but as we know, every game could be a W or L, but I suspect that Hueco will be prepared for each and every game.
#4. Asau Assassins, They have lost one game to Hueco and of their next three opponents, a grand total of zero have winning records. They are playing some great ball, and have a let up in the schedule. Nice for them huh.
#5. Sumatra Sea Hawks, Their combined opponent record is 11-23 with only three of those teams having more than two wins. So they are winning some games, but not really facing the torture just yet.
Games to Watch
Alpha:
Golden Coast Titaz @ Bay City Bohica.
Two great teams here that I really have trouble finding a weakness in either. Both are amazingly talented and can gameplan like crazy. I expect this to be one of those games that can really show the amazing ability of these two teams, and also maybe expose some of the weaknesses that exists with the two teams... if any do exist.
Zeta:
Krakatoa Kings @ Sempre-Sabbath Phenix.
Kraktoa is trying to gain a winning record and Phenix is trying to send them the other way. These two teams both have a LOT to prove. This would be a very notable game for Phenix if they were to pull out a win, but the Kings really need to keep the foot-hold for the eighth seed.
