You can get 43 points between strength and blocking. So technically, 27 strength and 16 blocking would be better. But you got 42 points with 27 of them in strength so that's pretty decent. If you're going for a pure strength build then you probably wouldn't find a better roll without spending an hour or more re-rolling your player. I'm more of a fan of the 21 strength/22 blocking roll that I had a few days ago but like I said, if you're going pure strength then that's great.
