Where do I put my Center's Advance Equipment?

I saw your thread on GLB, but I like adding to Position Talk 
This depends on how str/blk are made (you haven't opened your build). If one is significantly higher than the other, the custom equipment should go on that significantly higher portion. Also, no matter what, you should go Pass Blocking tree, because after that you'll want to try to get your SAs to go 5-10-0-0-0 followed by 5-10-3-5-10, although none of this should happen until like L25 (when you've taken care of str, blk, agi, vis, con, and spd and can just train spd/sta while dealing with the SA tree)
