You guys are making my job hard as hell though, the scores are so tight that I had to triple and quadruple check the math. One mistake by me could move someone 2 spots on the list, the teams are that close in rankings. There are no mistakes don't worry haha my eyes are hurting I added everything up so many times. The fact that so many teams are so close is a testament to the GMs and coaches at the top. Great Job guys!!
LOL regained their hold on first place after bludgeoning ABD in their first real competition of the year. Losing 1st place votes last week seemed to fire them up and unfortunately for SheVegas, his team was next on their schedule. Next on LOL's list is another cupcake team...their third in the first four weeks. Hokiemon is apparently banging the schedule maker. We'll see if they lose 1st place votes next poll once more.
TLGoT retain second place after rolling to victory for the third week in a row. But the fact that their competition has a combined 0 - 9 record may have hurt them in the polls. They face their first real challenge this week against the Pirates, a team who continues to float right outside the Top 10 in Voting. I'm sure the Pirates are foaming at the mouth for this matchup, and know that a victory will certainly vault them onto the list. Especially after losing to DD by 1 point last week in a brutal game.
That impressive win broke the tie this week that DD had with RRK. Well that and RRK's loss to the Rhinos (this weeks 7th ranked team), in yet another very close tough matchup. DD did not move past the Kings in this slanted and very fixed poll....cough....but they do hold the 4th spot all by themselves...for the moment.
Right on their heels is the hottest team in APL...The Angola Dream. These guys are plowing up the ranks after two very impressive wins. For the second week in a row they knocked someone out of the Top 10. They are on a roll for sure and a danger to anyone they face in this league.
Up next for them are the Bugeaters.... a team who's owner Majech seems to have pissed off the schedule maker by banging her sister. They have had an absolutely brutal opening schedule and are much better than their record reflects. Let that be a lesson to the rest of you, keep your pants zipped at the schedule maker's X-Mas party.
The Stallions and Cairo are getting comfortable once again in the Top 10, a place where they both sat for the most of last year.
Special Congrats to the Peacekeepers for breaking through the wall and finally gaining their spot in the Top 10 after flirting with it all year.
That's it folks. Good luck tomorrow and see you after the games.
