Sorry this took so long. The site was being retarded and I wanted to revamp my spread sheet. I changed a little bit of the weighting in rating system. I wanted to balance it out so that it is a little more accurate. So don't be too put off, if the scores seem a little different. Now you know why.

Lots of movement this week. Especially in Zeta and in the overalls.

Alpha

1 ( 1 ) Loch Ness Nessies (Alpha) 4 - 0 ( 35.14 )
2 ( 2 ) Manchester Mud Dogs (Alpha) 4 - 0 ( 35.05 )
3 ( 3 ) Copenhagen Kings (Alpha) 4 - 0 ( 34.38 )
4 ( 5 ) The Speyside Whiskys (Alpha) 3 - 1 ( 32.98 )
5 ( 4 ) Vienna Beef (Alpha) 2 - 2 ( 31.40 )

All hail the new kings!!!
Last season, I proclaimed that the Blackpool Scourge were going to be the team to beat. They now sit at the top of the power rankings challenging all to knock them off their thones.

Shake Down: Tons of movement this week. Scourge now at the top. Rome had the biggest fall from #1 to #7. Starting to think that despite having higher levels, there may be good cause for them being demoted. The biggest jump of the week goes to the Munich Mastodons. They had an impressive 11 spot rise. Congrats boys. It is only going to get tough however. You will now begin to show up on peoples radar.
Congrats also to the Liverpool Wave, and Zurich Capitals. Both teams made impressive 9 spot rises.

..man. Beat the top team in the rankings, on the road, by 30, and all you get is a one-spot boost? Ouch!

Problem is, that even though you beat the #1 team. All the other teams won too. Like I said. This formula doesn't take into consideration the teams you beat or the score you win by.

I suppose I could make it do that, but it would be a major pain in the ass. Especially since it will all work itself out in the end. Maybe next season.

Porto is 1-3, not 2-2. (Unfortunately)

Just curious, but Porto does have the strongest strength of schedule so far right (assuming Punter Academy doesn't weigh it down)?

I'll make the adjustments after the games tomorrow. No point in doing it now.

I will disagree with you on porto having toughest schedule. Valencia has played 3 of the top 5 and the easiest was #18.
