wouldnt it help getting a GM in? atleast it takes a load off you!? and you may be able to make a certain area better because you dont have to worry about doing something the Gm will be doing, if that makes sense?

I have an OC, He took some time off, so now like last season, I'm doing the Offense AND Defense rather than just doing the Defense. It really sucks on my part.
