so I started a new OG this season. He's up to level 3 and I have not used the 10 SP's I got from leveling up. Would you use the SP's to get to the soft cap in str and blocking or train str and blocking to the soft cap and then use all the SP's you have left over to take them to the next level?

At level 4, you'll have gained 2.01 in natural levels. The cap is .07 decimal. The optimal time to cap is at level 4. The worst possible time is level 6, because leveling from 6 to 7 doesn't actually take you over the cap then. Its either 4, or wait until 7 to get extra training if that floats your boat.
