i think he is. he looks confused about whether to block the DE or try to pickup the blitzing CB.

How high is your confidence?

looking at that play I assume that your Tackle has enough vision to read both the CB Blitz and the DE coming inside but perhaps he lacks the confidence to make the decision and go with his read.

Ive always seen confidence as a way to take hesitation out of the equation which is what it appears your OT did.

It wasn't the first time that it has happened and this is without any blitzers

This only seems to happen when the DE does an inside move, he is fine on every other play
