I didnt even try to post outside so,
For me it would be more easy to see in alerts the position of the player too before or after its name. So I'd know instantly which position to look for again or stop recruiting. Without going into it.

How about if u pull up a players page it says" Offer has already been sent" so u don't send someone 5 offers

+1 and Expand this concept to return the following three notifications (if applicable) before sending an offer:

1) player already has offer pending from x team (x = the team you are recruiting for);

2) player has rejected an offer from x team this season, do you want to send another offer?; and

3) player has rejected an offer from x team in past seasons, do you want to send another offer.
