GAME OF THE WEEK

Istanbul Anatolian Guard Dawgs at Spokane River Rats

Both undefeated thus far at 3-0 and fairly evenly matched in talent, the Guard Dawgs head to Spokane to try and keep a hold of their top spot in Zeta. The Dawgs have been untested for the most part, with easy wins against some slow-build and rebuilding clubs. And while Spokane hasn't faced a serious contender just yet, they have come away with victories against a little better competition. Both teams have had their starting running backs put up ridiculous numbers, and both Sy Fy (Istanbul) and Andrew Kinderwood (Spokane) are sitting at a shade over 1,400 rushing yards in 3 games.

I expect the game to be pretty tight through the first several series, but in the end I think the River Rats' depth will guarantee a victory for Spokane.

In Alpha,the Mildenhall Grim Reapers travel to face the Danish Disasters in another battle of unbeatens. I'm looking for a big game from the Reapers' Big Head Simmons and Diesel Power to give Mildenhall the edge and ultimately a win to keep their undefeated season going.

WTF you trying to tell me the Crypt Kickers are worse than a CPU team, we've never let in more than 100 points in season 6, even Sofia Dogs before they went CPU couldn't do it. How did you come with 487-31, did you just tap some random numbers on your keyboard? Sevestopol only beat us 51-10 last season and we have improved a lot since then, 487-31. I like the predictions, but at least try and make it realistic.

I doubt Bigduhe came up with the spreads......likely a comp calc from some formula to the rankings. put in 2 teams and it spits out a number. I mean there is no way Dawgs V Rats is decided by 80 let alone 800+. Don't take it so personal.

I don't think a team of 30's is going to put up 200 on us when we haven't allowed over 100 yet, even against a team of 40's.

And I believe the maximum amount of points you can score is 255?

max is 255 points on the scoreboard. not sure how these projections come out, i just copied them straight from the excel workbook. the only part that came out of my own head was the third post for game of the week. obviously i don't think that spokane will outscore istanbul by 855 or i wouldn't have made them the game of the week. maybe they'll get more realistic as more games are played??

I would have waited another week. I'm using the spreadsheet in USA AA 3, and I'm waiting another week.

these speadsheet rankings take a few weeks for the numbers to work, I wouldn't pay to much as to where you stand right now as to where you are week 14-16

yeah, it's all just for fun. just like how "doctor lou" will predict notre dame to win the national championship every year and espn will devote 90% of its college football preseason show to USC being the best team in the history of the galaxy
