Rocky Mountain Gladiators vs. Saipan Fighters 27-26
Saipan Fighters I think proved something today. Even in their third loss of the season, they showed that they are determined to beat the odds and make the playoffs. Steve Berlin misses another FG on the season and a extra point that might have put the game into overtime, so the Fighters lose two heart breakers in a row. We think comicfanman needs to pull the reigns in on this guy. Berlin is the playboy on the team and is spending to much time out on the town. The defense had a little bit of a let down as they were unable to pressure Santana Miller at all. No hurries and no sacks led to Miller having three passing touch downs and a second win for the Gladiators. Saipan has some heavy thinking to do with the roster, the game plans, and the season as they look at facing one of the toughest teams in the league next game, the Portland Rain and the bad thing is they are going to be in THE VALLEY facing the number one offense, the number one passing attack, the number two running attack, the number one defense and the number one return squad in AAA # 1. Looks to be another gloomy day, what is going to happen in Saipan if they end up 0-4 to start season 7? Stay tuned...
