Season 7 Power Rankings: Week 4
1a: Siena IL Palio (3-0) – Siena continued to 3-0. Their offense was explosive again, but do they have the defense to go all the way?
1b: Portuguese Men-of-War (3-0) +3 – What a thumping the Men-of-War put on EASTWICK. That is a great defense going on over there, and this could very well be the team to beat. One more big win and I’ll be sold on this team.
3: Chernobyl Neutrons (3-0) +2 – I picked the London Pounds last game. Chernobyl went into their house and punched them in the mouth. A scary team, but do they have the defense is the question.
4: London Pounds (2-1) -2 – Their defense gave up a lot of points to the Neutrons. They are better than this, so let’s see how they respond next game.
5: EASTWICK SAVAGES (2-1) -3 – Just when I was starting to have faith in EASTWICK they get destroyed by the Men-of-War. Just like the pounds, they are better than this, so I want to see how they do against the Dutchmen before I write them off.
6: Bjelasnica Red Star (2-1) +1 – This team impressed me in their game against Siena. The game was closer than the score said. This is their first loss ever (minus scrimmage games). Can they keep it going to make the playoffs this season.
7: Denmark Destruction (2-1) -1 – Rarely do I move a team down after such a dominating win. I just don’t think their defense is there. If they played the Red Star today, the Red Star would win.
8a: Middelburg Mighty Dutchmen (3-0) – Middelburg is 3-0, but have only played easy teams. Now they have to prove they belong in the top 8 by winning 1 of their next 2 games. EASTWICK will give them a good beat down in my opinion.
8b: Edinburgh Knights (3-0) They don’t look as good as Middelburg now, but I’ll keep them tied up with them until they play. They have an easy game, so they’ll be 4-0 when Middelburg comes to their house.
10: Trojan Magnums(1-2)
11: Cannes Porn Producers (1-2)
12: Berlin Blitzkrieg(0-3)
13: Zurich Scorpions (0-3)
14: Brasilia Rockets (0-3)
15: Monte Carlo Maniacs (0-3)

This is a make or break game for Denmark’s season and hopes. Sure they’ll make the playoffs but they need to prove they can win the hard games first. The Neutrons can prove they are a top ranked team if they beat Denmark. So this will be an interesting one to see.
