Cincinnati Stallions (0-2 CPU) at Fresno Fire (2-0)
Horseburger, anyone?
Fresno 255-0
ACTUAL: Fresno 122-3 (what happend to all the 255s?)

Olympia $1.99s (2-0) at Reno Marauders (1-1)
At the risk of putting up my own headshot in the Olympia locker room, I think they've underachieved so far this season - 19 sacks but only 28 points against the Militia in week 2. Reno, meanwhile is a talea of two week - pounded by 11 Chimps (class of the East), then pounding a decimated Riders team. I think Oly is only getting started.
Oly 42-7
ACTUAL - RENO 33-17. Apparently it was a false start for Oly thi week. Reno contained what was expected to be a stong run game and outthrows the not quite 2 bucks.

NBGTx Tornado Humpers (2-0) at Bay Area Bastards (0-2)
I over shot the first week on the score, so I'll be more conservative.
Humpers 248-0
ACTUAL: Humpers 54-0

Allen Zephyrs (1-1 CPU) at Pontiac War Kittens (1-1)
Pontiac conjures up memories of the Jimmy Spiderman Allen days in teh Silverdome, crushing the Zephs.
Pontiac 189-0
ACTUAL: Pontiac 140-7. Pontiac distracted by the woes of the big three and give up 7.

San Jose Chupacabra (1-1) at Omaha Mavericks (1-1)
San Joey messed me over in week one. OMaha has solid guys all over. I think Omaha holds the ball and takes this one.
Lost Cattle 30-13
ACTUAL: Cows come home 38-16

LA Majors (1-1) at The Militia Minute Men (0-2)
Miliita just have too many spots where they give up 4 levels or so, especially interior of defense. over 500 yards of offense allowed per game...
Majors meet the majorettes behind the bleachers 49-6
ACTUAL: LA 49-17

Jacktown Smackdown (0-2) at DC Sonics (0-2)
Both are 0-2. Both hung in pretty well in both games. Both have some ugly holes J'town goes with a L19 RT, DC's backers aren't even with the rest of the squad...Jacktown seems to throw pretty well, DC hasn't generated much pressure. Stats favor J-town just a little all over the place. So why do I want to pick DC? Depth is suspect on both sides, I give DC an edge after a 2 minute review
Sonics go boom 17-13
ACTUAL: Sonics go pffft. Jacktown 58-10, teach me to keep studying.

Riders on the Storm (0-2) at Omaha Invaders (0-2)
Eeeeeeeew. I know these are two teams taking a long view of things, but still...
Even though some more of the riders 20+ talent is riding off in trades tonight, I htink they night still pull it off.
Riders drag their dead horses to victory 24-12
ACTUAL: Invaders get repelled. Riders 28-0

I disagree about Jacktown, I think they'll take this one. The issue with Riders is that we don't know what they're getting in return. I'm guessing cash for stadium construction and if that's the case, then they'll get some higher leveled CPUs which still play like crap, but will compete against Omaha nonetheless. I still favor Omaha in the end though.

Glad we finally did something right... that was just a game of big plays on both sides of the ball. It could have easily been decided by 2 scores.

6-2 this week, with Reno and Jacktown pullign "upsets." I hated calling the DC/Jack game. Reno is one to watch. Hats off and apologies to the Marauders.

Reno is a hell of a team that shouldn't be judged by the scouting report.
