It looks like getting a hold of a team with a built up stadium is the way to go instead of starting from scratch.
Edinburgh & Cannes are team numbers 631 & 621 respectively so I would gather that they have been around the longest.

We only had 1 home playoff game in our entire existence.

Sicilian Mob just under 29,000. Not to bad for a second year team imo.
