I have str to the 3rd cap. Prolly should have just went to the second and got block to the 2nd as well.

But since i didnt what do you guys think?

Get blocking to the 2nd cap now

Get vision to the first cap

Get speed to the first cap

Take agility to the second cap

AGI> BLK> SPD> VIS

yep, agility

Blocking then agility to the 2nd cap IMO.

trip blk trip agi then up to you
