From what I can tell, my offensive line has great builds..

However, we have always had a hard time running the ball, last year and this year it has started again. A few guys have vision in the mid/upper 30's while a few have it soft capped.

My question is, how important is vision?? Should everyone have it soft capped (lvl 41 average player)

i think my question is more a long the lines of, is 38 vision sufficient to run block?

All guys on the interior line have 95+ str, ROT have 85+ and the LOT have 70+ str

You'll get a variety of answers to that question. I think important, but relatively, not very. I would think high 30's to high 40's would be enough. You could always have one person throw 5 or 10 pts into it all at once and see if it helps that person. I personally think SPD and VIS help with downfield blocking. VIS helps the player find the block and SPD helps him get to it in time. So, I think it helps extend your run avg, but can't make it good or bad alone. How's their AGL, BLK & SPD? They all help the blocker get into the proper position to block the defender and helps with holding the block longer. They also help with shedding the blocks and moving downfield to block when appropriate.

most have soft capped agility some second cap. 40ish speed. Blocking is in the 80s to 90s

I boosted my vision a bit last season and I noticed my guy reacting to the snap and to the defenders' moves much more quickly. I'd say vision is pretty important in those regards. It may also help your guards and centers block LBs.

If you have trouble running the ball, more strength or some of the SAs may help you a bit.

I generally like run block and pass block, but I've heard get low works well. I like the description of get low too, gives a "bonus to pushing defenders".
