I was asked by a current A5 team to put these together. I know very very little about the majority of the teams so please understand this is 50% homework 50% guesswork.

1 Cincinnati Cardinals 0-0-0

Well built but does have initial chemistry issues. They may come out with the best record, but they may not translate into a championship.

2 Edmonton Thunderchiefs 0-0-0

They have depth issues but it is definitely something that can be overcome.

3 Alberta Irukandji 0-0-0

Their offense is 1 dimensional; if they can change that they have a great shot at the championship.

4 Manitoba Maulers 0-0-0

Great team chemistry and a proven track record move them into a playoff position. Their levels does not do them justice, their game planning looks fantastic.

5 Fhockey.com Demos 0-0-0

IF they take this season seriously they should easily secure a playoff spot. They have the GLB experience but depth is weak.

6 Rancho Penasquitos Thunderbolts 0-0-0

Should have an improved campaign over last season, I expect them to put a good fight in almost every game. The low levels of the defense could hurt when going up against players nearly twice their level.

7 Vancouver Vikings 0-0-0

After the early season success last season the Vikings went down faster than $2.00 hooker. They should have learned from their mistakes, expect them to be contenders.

8 Canada Dragons 0-0-0

They have great game planning but lack of depth and inactive could hurt in the long run.

9 North Bay Drift 0-0-0

Have no real glaring weaknesses other than levels. They may overcome that with good game planning. I see them competing with last years same foes for that 8th and final spot.

10 Manitoba Lions 0-0-0

Rackhound has a great squad and he may totally prove me wrong, I just see the same issues that plagued the UG early on. Inactive players may really hurt this team.

11 Moose Jaw Roughriders 0-0-0

I may be wrong about these guys. They proved in BBB10 they had what it takes to win, I just can’t see game planning overcoming those levels.

12 Fort McMurray Mounted Police 0-0-0

I love these guys and by next season they should dominate, but it will be next season. They need to add some more depth in spots.

13 Arroz Con Pollo 0-0-0

Early chemistry issues and the quality of their depth have them in the bottom tier of the conference.

14 Laval Crusaders 0-0-0

Issues with inactive players. They did prove their mettle last season but I don’t see the BBB wins translating to A wins.

15 Victoria Fish 0-0-0

Underleveled line will be crushed by the likes of Bob and the other elite DE and blitz packages.

16 Saskatchewan Thrashers 0-0-0

Rebuilding with no hope of a single W.

Thanks for that first place prediction, we'll have to prove you wrong on the championship bit though.

I love when everyone rates us low. Ask the Maulers They do that all season and then we bit them in the asses

Hate it for Rack but those inactives are going to eat the Lions up.

I just completed our in house scouting of the West.

This could be one of the most competitive seasons I have had in GLB.

Amped!

Cheers!

I didn't notice any level 60 players in our league..........

You have 5 players level 25 and under on defense. Teams with outstanding running backs and good blockers will pummel you. There are a few teams with level 40+ offensive players, HENCE the nearly. You should be happy with the #6 ranking, it was probably too high.

Thanks for the rankings. 11th sounds about fair for Moose Jaw. We aren't really that great gameplanningwise or anything. We were only 11-5 in the regular season.

We definitely caught some breaks and pulled some upsets in the playoffs, but that is how playoff runs go.
