no, he couldn't I am associated with a ex-pro team looking to rebuild from scratch and PM'd several times to be dropped to the bottom during regulation, so he released everyone, and they dropped only to AAA, still not in a league he can start over with, so I know for a fact that there was no swapping this offseason.
