This, you guys can all agree on, is the only thing people like from me, and i am about to release the pre-season rankings:
1.Kukamonga Monsters- This team who dissappointed in the playoffs last season, should contend this year because even though they did not improve their roster much, their chemistry is very high and their quality of players is great.This team is my Favorite Prediction: 12-4
2.Montreal Rush- This team, like a few, loaded up thanks to the cap raise. However, they are in the red in money and have chemistry problems. If they let thses things affect them, it could be a long year. However, they still look strong and have a great roster. Prediction: 12-4
3.Ottawa Namchangers- This team signed some beasts on offense and defense, however their chemistry is low. Even with a talented roster, can thier awful head coach
and rookie DC lead them to victory, this is their year to do it.This is my Dark Horse We will see how things play out. Prediction:12-4
4.Axel Island Polar Bears- This team as a great roster and good chemistry and I am picking this as my Surprise Team to Watch For. But will their inexperience of coming down a league hurt them? Prediction:10-6
5. Halifax Hell Reapers- This team, while losing a lot of team chemistry, did not really load up. It could be an interesting season for the team who stunned the Monsters. They will be in a lot of close games and their season will be based on how they fare in those games. Prediction: 9-7
6. Labatt Blue- The small team everybody cheers for, after a season in which the Blue struggled in close games, the division is weaker this year and the slow-build team could surprise some. Prediction:9-7
7. Yellowknife Diamond Cutters- This team kep their chemistry intact all off-season, but did not sign many guys. I don't think they will be an elite team, but this team always has what it takes to make the playoffs. They will attempt to make it 3 years in a row in the playoffs, but with a career record of 0-2 in the postseason, can this team win a big game? Prediction: 9-7
8 Saskatoon Dream- This team has been on the bubble for 2 seasons now. Going 8-8 in seaosn 5 and 6-10 in season 6. They ahve a very good roster and if they get in, expect them to squeak in. Prediction:8-8
9. Edmonton Penguins- A new team to Canada BBB 8. They are not a bad team this season, but expect them to be last years Dream. They will not be bad and wont get blown out a lot, but they are a year away from making the playoffs. Dont underestimate them though. Prediction:7-9
10 Bosphorous Bridgekeepers- This team won't wow you on paper..or the field for that matter. But they prove they can play well against good teams as they knocked of the Blue last year to eliminate them from the playoffs. Expect them to be below average this season. Prediction:6-10
11 Manitoba Warmegeddons- Thsi team proves that you need defense to win championships. Coming into last year, I thought they could make the playoffs, but thanks to one of the leagues worst defenses they finished a dissappointing 6-10. Without a complete offensive line,yet, and a vulnerable defense, it could be a long year. Prediction: 5-11
12 Regina Pocket Rockets- This is where the league gets bad. A massive difference there is between #11 and #12. The bottom quarter of this league is awful. Regina's only win last seaosn was the epic win over Beefcake. Expect a better, but still bad season. Prediction:4-12
13.Beefcake's Swords of Chaos: This team has one of the worst winning percentages in GLB history at 0.11. They have a 38 game losing streak, but thanks to a terrible bottom of the league, Beefcake could be celebrating their first not only win, but wins in 2 seasons. Prediction:3-13
14.New England Powertecs- A 2-14 season is likely to not improve. This team had an oppurtunity in the offseason to become the best of the worst, but they will remain that way. It is tough being in the basement. Prediction:2-14
15.Vernon Thunder- This is where the league gets real bad. With only 4 players on the roster, this team will get crushed every game unless they recruit(or if they give them cpu's) They will win one game though against the Dutch Ovens it what could be the ugliest game this world has seen.(worse than the lions raiders...yes)
16. Dutch Ovens- This team was the playoff Bismarck Bears last season, but thanks to an owner selling the team, their new owner seems to be sitting on his ass all day staring at the screen as he has a total of...1 player on the roster. If he doesnt improve that the Ovens could be the worst Canada team of all time. Prediction:0-16(thats a guarantee)
