I feel ya bra. I've sent out like 50 PMs the past two hays and got like 3 responses. Luckily I pulled a good WR out of one though.

yeah i feel the same i think i sent at least 40 or 50 and only got like 10 back dang well im an new owner so
now i knwo its not as eassy as i thougth

Unfortunately that goes both ways. Recruiting is tough. I appologize if I dont get back to someone. Its not intentional. Between sending out message after message trying to find players and getting messages with people inquiring and such it gets very difficult to juggle. For every 15 messages I send to people that are online I think I get probably 1 reply.

I know the feeling guyys also ive noticed that if you arent a top 25 team good luck finding talent...lol

It's rough but I look at it as kind of being good in a way. Anything to keep from getting pissed over it if I can find a bright side, right?

If they're too good to reply to a PM or even better, not even read it, then they aren't good enough to be on my team. The ones who not only read the pm, but respond with anything - even a "I'm not sure, I'm going to keep looking" - are the type of people I want in my organization and I'll bend over backwards to get them whatever they need. But they are few and far between.
