Were the best gameplanners in the league. Most decent agents would love to be a part of a team that can gameplan like we can. Im just not willing to give some of the assholes the ridiculous contracts they want. Trust me when I say that if I can make about five high level FA signings at key positions theres no one in this league we cant beat. Ask anyone whos been here any length of time how awesome our planning is.

Theres no debate we ARE the best gameplanners. Weve just never had a defense thats able to play to the gameplan. Hopefully that will change this year.

Morale is great. The guys know that were too low leveled for the league at key positions but our core of players is decent and has been with the team for four seasons. Plus they know they have one of the best owners in the league in terms of treating them properly, fucking around in the team forum, gameplanning, getting drunk and most importantly defending the team against you bunch of assclowns who came into the league WE built and think you own it.

Good question. Theres a number of reasons. Firstly a lot of my guys have their own teams to deal with (I like hiring players from good agents) or are older guys with families or indeed are like myself students with a tonne of work (I can cope as Im for all intents and purposes a genius - as I type this Im studying for my masters exams). Secondly when my GMs are online theyre gameplanning. Lastly, when you have as awesome a poster as the founder of the Hall of Fame to stand up for your team do you really need anyone else? Add to that my brilliance intellectually and you can see that Im all the team needs.
