you havent soft capped on strength and your a level 23? you have to many points in your sa. i dont think you will start. take a good contract that will get you decent xp.

What is does soft capped mean?

I am looking to start on an Established team.

I have had terrible luck the last 3 seasons, Every team I have been on went bankrupt before the season was over, then everyone jumped ship....

I NEED to start on an established team and I need to start.

I will do whatever is asked regarding building my player and/or change my strategy....

I also will upgrade my Equiptment as soon as I hit LEV 24... (I am almost there just 50 points needed.)... I also have custom equipt...

relax your build isn't good you would be hard pressed to find a starting spot so relax
