I used the NFL QB rating formula.

#5 PeyTom ManBrady (Ft. Richardson) - 106.01
#4 Rayne Stormsetter (New York) - 107.4
#3 Ryan Richards (Cincinnati) - 109.58
#2 Lucky McBreath (Cleveland) - 129.83
#1 Peyton Mielke (Indianapolis) - 143.91

Also I only used the QBs that played in two games, so in total there were a total of 8 QBs I had. I just decided to make it a top 5.
