Ingolstadt Hat Tossers (9-8) at København Hühnerfalken (14-3) 13-26
The Hat Tossers did everything in their power to slow the powerful Hühnerfalken attack and managed to outgain København on the ground and through the sky but were still unable to topple the top seed. Ingolstadt managed to take a slim 3 point lead into halftime but seemed to wear down in the second half which saw København QB Danny Kanell take advantage of a tired Tossers defense for two TDs to stud WR Come fly with Me. The fierce Hühnerfalken pass rush got to Ingolstadt's QB Dissect the D 8 times and came up with a big interception and 3 fumble recoveries to keep this one from ever having a chance to become an upset.

iue5 acolytes (11-6) at Stockholm Black Death (13-4) 35-28
The conference leaders for much of the season were rudely dispatched when the iue5 acolytes came in with the big upset over the Stockholm Black Death. iue5's ball hawking defense won the turnover battle with 3 interceptions and a fumble recovery, but the big story was the acolytes resurgent rushing attack. Led by iue5 HB Mega Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnn who notched 190 yards and 2 TDs including the 56.5 game winner in overtime, the acolytes answered every Stockholm score with one of their own. iue5's QB Donovan Martinez played the game of his life threading the needle on three TD passes and limiting his mistakes in the pocket on his way to the win.

Vatican City Fighting Popes (10-7) at Torpedo Cowthorpe (14-3) 24-27
Big plays were the difference in this tightly contested match up as Torpedo edges out the Fighting Popes in a game punctuated by big plays. Torpedo relied on their rushing attack heavily this game rushing 49 times and passing only 12 times in the game with stud HB Micro Lab3 chipping in on both ends with 168.5 yards on the ground and another 74.5 through the air including a game breaking TD on a screen pass. Both teams scored 4th quarter points on special teams fumble recoveries but Vatican City's late mistake cost them the game and even a recovery of their own could not get them back into the lead.

Natural Born Killers (12-5) at Passion Fruits (12-5) 33-23
Cheerleaders at the Fruit Stand who could be heard chanting before the game "Hey, hey NBK. How many yards will you give away?" were woefully silent at the end of the game as the Killers look to make some waves in the postseason after this upset victory. Passion led at the half by three mostly due to the strong leg of kicker WuTang IsForTheKids who hit 3 field goals in the first half but it was all NBK late as they put up 20 points in the 4th quarter. NBK QB Hank Evans was able to shake off his interception in the first quarter which was returned for a Fruit score and tossed two scores of his own while gaining 130.5 yards through the air on 7 completions including a 4th quarter gem to WR Mom misses you in the waning moments of the game to give Natural the lead.
