My vote would go to Jadaki of the Calgary Hitmen. That team only won 5 games last season.

Well I'll throw my vote in for Marco to even this out. Going from 2-14 to 11-5 and a first round playoff upset is pretty darn impressive. Not taking anything away from what Jadaki has done... they're both great building efforts. I just think Marco should get mention on here as well.

I am going to go against the grain and vote for Marco.... I am a GM on the Hitmen and I love my boy but they had an equaly impressive turn around and a first round win.

I would like to acknowledge our owner, panthervol. Though we didn't have an amazing turn-around like some of the great stories in this league, we did have an ownership change and complete restructuring of our staff at the beginning of this season, finding a great recruiter/GM in Nicodareus and talented offensive coordinator in mikemike778 among others. All without missing a beat!
