The East has 1 CPU team but they are in 16th place. Nobody else falls into the noncompetitive argument (slow build/bunch of level 10 guys), so I think you'll only get two demoted teams.

All CPU teams, regardless of place in the conference, are immediately relegated to the lowest league in the region.

So in this case, the two teams in 15th/16th in the West are relegated to both A-3 and A-4, and the CPU teams are sent down to BBB.

AAA east has 2 cpu's as well, Presumably when the CPU's there get demonted AA will get promoted to fill? I could just be misreading what your saying though. Not to mention 2 isn't probably enough to guarantee much of anything. What do they do with the gutted or slow build teams that are out there? Only demoted if they are the worst team?

Last season in BBB#5, it moved teams evenly from both leagues. Hammerheads used to be East, but were moved up and put in the West. So, even though the West will have 5 spots open, doesn't mean they will necessarily come from the West teams.
