Madrid Gangsters vs Windsor Nobles
The gangsters and the nobles face off again in a classic battle of the upper and lower classes. Both teams are 12-4 on the season sporting win streaks into the playoffs. The Nobles are on a 6 game tear keeping their fans on their high horses while the gangsters are keepin’ it real, pimpin’ a 4 game win streak for the hood rats on the west side. Last time these 2 teams met, the Nobles traveled to the hood to collect taxes and their horses were cut off at the knees as they limped back to Windsor empty handed and battered with a 48-7 defeat. Since then, the Nobles have regrouped and look for another battle on the west side home turf to show the unruly Gangsters they are high class for a reason. Unfortunately, their nobility will falter for a second time in the hood, as the gangsters run this side of town, sending Windsors finest back home with broken thumbs and a bloody lip for having the audacity to return for a second time.

Naples Purple Nurples vs Dublin Defenders
The Dublin Defenders travel to Naples to face the powerful Purple Nurples. The Nurples finished the season with a 14-2 mark which includes a solid win over the Defenders in week 12 with a final score of 52-10. The Defenders, on the other hand, have stepped up their game the last two games of the season beating the hookers and the alcoholics to earn the 7th seed in the playoffs. Feeling a bit more confident now, they feel they can play with these apes. As a fan of the Jack Link Beef Jerky commercials, the captain of the defenders feels he can outsmart the dumb yetis with his game planning. Unfortunately, he hasn’t ever paid attention to the end of the commercials when these Bigfoot get the best of the defenseless defenders.

Sweedish Fish vs Folsom County Blues
The blues travel to ‘Sfeeden’ to face the fish in their first round gig of the playoffs. They have come on strong finishing 6th in the conference closing the season to a tune of 3-0 their last 3 games. The fish are sitting in the 3rd seed after making a splash in their first season going 13-3. according to Stevie Ray Vaughn, these blues are ‘So Excited’ to be in the playoffs and look to upset the fish who are in a ‘Rude Mood’ since losing to the Attack in week 16. Luckily for the fish, they will easily swim away with this one and send Stevie and his blues singing ‘Im Cryin’ all the way back to Folsom county with a loss to end their season.

Vatican City Holy Rollers vs Spanish Fly
The poop eaters and the pope square off in this 1st round battle in zeta conference. The Holy Rollers have obviously done their rosaries and confessed their sins as they have been blessed with a number 1 seed and a heavenly season. The Spanish Flies aggravated many teams in the conference, landing on just enough wins to make the playoffs after getting swatted by the London bloody bastards and squashed by the cosa nostras the past 2 games to finish the season. The flies may eat the poop in Vatican City, but the holy rollers will beat it out of them this game.

Germany Hasselhoffs vs London Bloody Bastards
The Bastards travel to Germany to face the king of Baywatch in their 1st round of the playoffs. In week 13, these 2 teams battled in an exciting game ending with the bloody bastards sending Michael Knight back to Germany with a 28-21 defeat. Since his return, Devin, Bonnie and April have been working to right the ship winning the following 3 games of the season. They know the bloody bastard are no pushovers, as they won 5 of their last 6 games entering tonights meeting. Austin Powers and his crew have been shaggin’ up the points the last 2 games winning by a combined score of 285-14 against the less fortunate opponents who have no mojo. Luckily for David, all of his Baywatch girls will be at the game in full uniform…Baywatch uniform that is, and Austin Powers and his bloody bastards cant concentrate on winning the game.

Dublin Bloody Sundays vs Sicily Cosa Nostra
Sicily ‘Our Thing’ travel to Dublin to take on the bloody Sundays tonight for their 1st round matchup. The Mafia have had a decent season finishing 7th in their conference but draw a tough seed against the number 2 bloody Sundays, who are 15-1 on the season. When these two teams met during the regular season, the bloody Sundays embarrassed the Cosa Nostra on the Sicilian turf, showing no respect, with a 49-7 victory. The Mafia has since put a hit on gymanji and his crew of GM’s for their blatant disrespect. Gymanji and his crew show no fear of these island bullies as they show the Cosa Nostra the literal meaning of a bloody Sunday tonight with a dominating performance.

Gibraltar Rock vs Athens Golden Eagles
The Eagles and Rock go together like Joe Walsh and a guitar in the mid 70’s. ‘Life’s Been Good’ to the Rock as they hold the 3rd seed with a 13-3 record, and a 3 game win streak. The Eagles have spent ‘Life In the Fast Lane’ the past 8 weeks going 8-0 into tonights game. Look for the Rock faithful to have a ‘Peaceful Easy Feelin’ as the Eagles have a ‘Heartache Tonight’ and there ‘Early Bird’ fans meet at the ‘Sad Café’ in the morning to reminisce on the ‘Long Run’ they had coming into tonights game.
