Season 6: 10-6, out in first round

Boston Drunk n Disorderly

Season 2: 14-2, out in first round
Season 3: 10-6, out in first round to the Caps
Season 4: 14-2, out in second round to the Caps
Season 5: 15-1, out in third round to the Caps
Season 6: 11-5, out in first round

after so many disappointing losses and failure, five seasons is enough. good bye you two bbb4 teams, u were decent regular season teams, but it all crumbles in the postseason.

Season 3: 10-6, out in first round to the Caps
Season 4: 14-2, out in second round to the Caps
Season 5: 15-1, out in third round to the Caps

Amazing I guess the caps could not get it done either you should take your own advice.

we made it to the championship. we got better every year. first season we got outsed first round. season 3 in second round. season four in third round and we made it to finals in season 5.

so were actually improving. these teams just stay the same or get worst

Is it that you were improving in BBB4, or is it that the teams that were better than you were leaving the league?

We're overrated? I dont think anyone has choosen us to win any season so far. We havent even picked ourselves to win so im not quite sure what your talking about with us being overrated.

I have respect for the caps their a good team. They just have some dumb fucks on it that make everyone else on the team look like dickheads

Probably a combination of both. Philly handed us our asses every time they played us, and BTB used to also, but we've flipped the script on BTB recently (in friendlies, anyways). We've also been able to make good trades, better our builds while dumping bad ones and get a better handle on the AI (though some of the 4th down stuff still pisses us off).

I respect both of these teams, actually. I think Freemont DND are both, and have both been, consistently tough teams to plan for. Congrats on playoff seasons, guys.

I do agree. The Shaka Brah's know first hand how tough Freemont can be. And all our games with them have been very close.

Imagine that, a thread that turned positive! And I agree Fremont has always been a fun match up for us.

I actually have enjoyed all of the Wacker games that have been played between Freemont, MaddenWars and Shaka Brahs. It's mostly been back and forth, from my recolection, and always competetive. I would love to see GLB put teams in divisions so we could really get a rivalry like this going.

Other teams that always seem to stand out ... The old LaCrosse River Rats were always fun to play, Tulsa Teamsters are always a team to get up for, and I really enjoyed the Webzoners game this year as well. Hopefully that will be another fun one in the futuer.

I hate divisions in real sports. Imagine in GLB if they broke it down into divisions, so we had four teams in each. Say one of the divisions in our league is the four bottom teams in the conference (Think NFC West). Why should one of them get an automatic bid to the playoffs only to have a team that would be an 8 seed in the current format get left out?

I kid, I kid. Maybe we could somehow get rivalry games though, where people get a small temp boost or something between teams that play often, in regular season or playoffs. Something kitchy to increase the drama.

LOL yeah, I've just always hated divisions. More so in baseball, though. It seems like every year a couple teams with better records are at home in October win an inferior team is in the playoffs due to weak divisions like the NL West.
