Here we go again.

We got lucky to beat you in the last game of the regular season, and then Philly surprised everyone and predominantly ran the ball against you guys, almost pulling out a victory.

In our first meeting, we went 13/33 in the passing game, so we will likely run as well, but you also stuffed our running game, keeping us to 4 YPC. So, we'll try to be more like you guys and run to the left a lot more, as well as putting our top run blocking G and OT on the left.

Our real problem will be defending. Makeroth Demonheart is a monster, and I really don't know how we can stop him, or, for that matter, if it's even possible to stop him. We think we can stop your passing game... but we don't know what to do about your running game. We can't blitz more than we already do, so I have nothing else to try to do.

Anyway, it's going to be a great game... and I am hoping we come out on top. Good luck to us. See you guys in a couple of days

I would hardly call holding you to "only" 4 YPC stuffing the run game.

Considering our season average is 7.5 YPC, and our gameplan really needs us to get 5 YPC... it is 'only'

This isn't the NFL, so you can't compare NFL stats to this game. In the NFL, 4 YPC is decent. Here, it really isn't very good. I am happy to keep a strong running team to 4 YPC, as I find that to be a victory. An average running attack should be 5 YPC. Over that is good, under that is not. So, 4 YPC is not good, therefore 'only'.

I agree. Anybody doing proper scouting knows this already. We could tell each other our exact game plans and it prob would change settings much after scouting.

You guys have a superb team and we were just happy to keep it close in our last game. So it should be fun.

I prob went to much against the pass against Philly on defense. But they played well. It has been a fun year. Lots of good teams and people in this league.

I would have too, to be honest. They did pass a lot more all season long.

Like I said, it's going to be a really good game. Nothing against Dresden, but I think you guys match up against us better than Dresden. I think, of the two teams, I'd rather play Dresden.. although that would NOT be a picnic or an easy game. Dresden is a great team. We just think we match up better against Dresden than you guys. That's why we were rooting for Philly

Well, thanks for jinxing anything Makeroth might do in that game Next, you will probably edit the Madden Cover to have a picture of him... ^^

So I think, that if any team can stop our Two Headed Monster(Hot Babe and Not So Hot Makeroth) its probably your team.

Also, watch out for the Wildcat with Makeroth as QB and Hot Babe RB!! Option Abuse here we come!

If you've scouted properly, you'll see we already used the Wildcat 3-4 times a game, at most

And, I love the Madden Cover quote too. That's pretty awesome. Nothing wrong with Hot Babe, but Makeroth is really the one that scares me If only Bort had set up the 'defensive key' where you can key on one player... I'd feel a lot better!

Believe me I have been watching tons of your games. And I don't like what I see! You guys are very good.

Lol, we should make a thread voting for a "Cover athlete" in our League. Put Joseph Pacini in there, our QB and I'll buy that game. Hahhahaha.

Good game, guys.

I honestly did not feel we were going to make it so close, but I found out a couple of things about stopping the run on another team I'm on, and used it against you guys

Plus, I blitzed less so I could get more coverage on your HBs, although Makeroth still caught a pass for a TD.

You guys had a great season. Good luck next year.

Very good job. Looking forward to next season. We have quite a few players coming in next year with some experienced agents and some of my own players.

This year I did not think we would win 6 games so it has been a pleasant surprise. Good luck to you and your team.
