We it has been one hell of a year but the A8 Alums have held up very well against the competition.
Zeta conference has been demolished by the juggernaut know as The Amsterdam Chiefs who hold a 16-0 record and the #1 seed going into the playoffs.
Soon followed by the Wiesbaden Huskies with a 13-3 record took the tiebreaker game from Munich today 30-27 locking up the 3rd seed and giving us the possibility of avenging all 3 of our losses this season with a good run through the playoffs.
The London Blood Ravens from our inaugural season barely miss the playoffs with an 8-8 record and the Rome Gladiators unfortunately went CPU and finished up 4-12, making them the second Rome Gladiators team in AA4 to go CPU in 2 seasons.
*Note to self never name a team Rome Gladiators*
On the Alpha side of things. The Original A8 Champions Southriding Stingrays, have also blown through the competition and took the #1 seed with a 16-0 record.
Followed closely by the Recklinghausen "Super"Chargers who make their triumphant return to AA4 and lock up the 3rd seed with a 12-4 record.
Lastly our beloved friends at John Deere Tractors slid in to the 8th seed with a 9-7 record. Looks like somewhat of a disappointing season for them but they excelled in the playoffs last year maybe the same will happen for this year.
Either way "The Ocho" has represented themselves well in AA4, Cant wait for you guys to get here next season. itll be just like old times, minus the us being in Zeta thing.
Good luck in the playoffs everybody.
