I understand there are a limited amount of spots, but I also think every team should be represented at least once per individual ballot, so that its not all top-tier players getting acknowledged.

It would be cool to have at least one player from each team as a pro bowler!

So wait...are we picking the players in the league that we think are the best, and just casting our own individual ballots? Or are we just nominating players from our own teams first, and then voting as a league on a pre-prepared ballot?

I'm thinking the idea is, or at least what I have personally participated in for previous seasons, is everyone team fills out a ballot with who they think is the best at every position, and you cannot nominate players from your own team.

Ok never done this since I;ve been an A8 since Putnam was conceived as a fetus but I think that it is basic NFL rules...all teams are represented (note there are backups on NFL pro-bowl teams) so along with voting if a team is not represented then if a player in a position gets a rather large but not the majority of the vote then that player is a pro-bowler. I think we need to almost have a 40 player pro-bowl roster since 40 is the GLB min. This will make it easier to have all teams represented on the pro-bowl roster...so really instead of

That is 43 spots and would provide an equal opportunity selection of players...I know this is much more than "this guy is good...he deserves a pro-bowl spot" but since there is a call for all teams being represented this would allow for top tier players to shine along with a lower tier guy to have his lime light...cause even if you haven't won a game I know you scored points...and who is that guy who scored those points...if it consistently the same guy then he is a pro-bowler

EDIT: Could even add a FB spot to this for 44 total since that is the only spot w/ no back up originally in my post.

We can still vote for the orginal ballot but after being totaled we can make sure that all teams are represented...top players on each team kinda thing...NO CPU'S no matter what...

I like the expanded team idea, should work out well.

Someone in A8 did a probowl in season 2 and 3 I think. Or atleast on the Eastern side anyway

woot 2 SS makes it possible for me to make it . Bort should really add a script for pro-bowl awards.
