Bath has locked in that #1 spot. They face a nonplayoff team in a game that only counts on paper.

Polk has locked in the #2 spot, as they own H2H's vs both Vatican and Rome, of which only one can tie them if they do lose their game this week vs FMA.

Rome is sitting at #3 but has the game to decide the final owner of the number 3 seed. I don't trust my understanding of the tie breakers to see how the multiple 12-4 teams are going to shake out.

Vatican with a win vs Rome stays out of the 12-4 pileup, with a loss gets dropped into it.

Iceland, Highland, and BOZ have all locked in playoff spots, and likely will all end the season at 12-4. Currently the order is Iceland, Highland, and BOZ. Not exactly sure the different ways it juggles if Rome or Vatican ends up in the 4 way tie.

Fighting for that last spot is FMA and NJ. Both teams are 8-7, and both teams aren't playing a team likely to lie over play dead for them. NJ vs Dublin, and FMA vs Polk, the two games to watch if you miss the Rome v Vatican game somehow. NJ owns the H2H if they both get the same result next game.

By Edit:
Points Scored for the possible 12-4 teams:
Rome - 1241
Highland - 1087
Vatican - 994
Iceland - 871
BOZ - 847

Edit 2:
Vatican owns the H2H vs the other teams and gets 4th seed if they lose.

Rome has a loss to BOZ who has losses to the other teams which should kick off the points scored tie breaker, which Rome still gets 4th seed, unless Highland can score 167 more points then Rome this week.

Iceland owns the H2H vs Highland and BOZ, so if Rome wins they get the 5th seed. If Vatican wins they should get the sixth seed unless they score 218 points more then Highland this week. Most ways this shakes out they face Vatican in week 1 of the playoffs I think.

Highland is pulling for Vatican this week, as a Rome loss gets them the 5th seed instead of the 6th seed. Either way it looks likely they face Rome in week 1 of the playoffs.

BOZ only owns a H2H vs Rome, so unless Rome is in the 12-4 mix, they are the 7th seed. If Vatican wins, and BOZ can score 25 more points then Iceland this week they can take the 6th seed. Most likely they are facing Polk in week 1 of the playoffs.

With all the 12-4 teams (and the curcular head-to-head situation) we'll probably have to call in the BCS to settle it. As a UT fan, I know how that might turn out.

Someone will end up with a home-field out of that mess.

I can solve part of the homefield riddle.

The Popes have clinched homefield. We hold tiebreaks over all of the 12-4 teams due to head-to-head. Win and we're #3. Lose and we're #4.

Rome vs. Highland would be a classic from the Europe West A #5 league.

Then again a match with Palermo, GG, or AX would all be welcomed.

You offended Spare Tire before our first game, and still haven't made peace with him.
