I had a great write-up and then lost it all. I didn't have time to re-write it, so here comes the Swift predictions for the rest of the regular season instead. There are two key games that determine who gets the last spot in the playoffs: Week 15 Apia vs Newcastle and Week 16 Perth vs Devonport.

Game 15 - No stumbling now, or you could be out of the playoffs!
==========================================================
Wellington roll over Hamilton by 85, 85-0.

Olden slightly edges Sydney in a game that could be decided by special teams. The Swillers by 4, 35-31.

Newcastle Dream slaughters DHARMA by 142, 142-0.

Perth vs Saipan, enough said. Pirates by 153, 156-3.

Apia and the Mountain Lions claw for a playoff spot. If the Evil lose, they risk missing the playoffs. If Newcastle wins, they can avoid a first round matchup against the Assassins. The Evil continue their roll, this time by 7, 28-21.

DECATUR starts their coast into the playoffs. This game against the Wild, the STALEYS take by 100, 107-7.

Devonport settles in on destruction of Chippewa. They would love for this game to count twice, but it doesn't. The Devils win by 163, 170-7.

Redcliffe tries to come back up for air, but the Sub-Mariners try not to allow it. Redcliffe wins by 10, 34-24.

Game 16 - The Critical week to gain the last playoff spot!
==========================================================
Wellington sends DHARMA out of Oceania AA #4 as they march to do the same for themselves. Wellington by 156, 156-0.

Olden and the Dream in an epic battle. Olden takes the Newcastle this time by 4, 28-24.

Sydney versus the Evil. Apia fights, but Sydney holds on by 10, 34-24.

Perth can close out the Devils season as this is a must win for Devonport. Will the Devils get the needed key turnover? Pirates by 7, 35-28.

DECATUR finishes their coast to the playoffs against the Prey in an easy win by 207, 210-3.

Newcastle Mountain Lions lick their wounds from the Evil and then take revenge on the Wild. Newcastle by 88, 95-7.

Redcliffe gets to end the season in a blow-out against Saipan. The Sharks by 178, 185-7.

Hamilton takes on Intergalactic to see who is 11th and who is 12th (not that it matters much). The Falcons survive the challenge and win by 7, 24-17.

Regular Season Ending Standings
==========================================================
Unless the Mountain Lions defeat the Evil in Week 15 or the Devils pull the upset of Perth in Week 16, this will be the final standings. If the Evil lose in week 15, then they will miss the playoffs and Devonport will be in at #8. If Devonport upsets Perth in week 16, then the Mountain Lions will most likely miss the playoffs. Also, there is a chance that the last two weeks could affect the tie-breakers, so Apia, Newcastle and Devonport are all on the bubble.

#1 Wellington Assassins (16-0)
#2 Olden Swillers (15-1)
#3 Newcastle Dream (13-3)
#4 Perth Pirates (12-4)
#5 Sydney Sea Wasps (12-4) - loses tie-breaker of head-to-head
#6 DECATUR STALEYS (10-6)
#7 Apia Evil (9-7)
#8 Newcastle Mountain Lions (9-7)

#9 Devonport Devils (9-7) - out of playoffs due to tie-breakers?
#10 Redcliffe Sharks (8-8)
#11 Hamilton Falcons (6-10)
#12 Intergalactic Sub-Mariners (4-12)
#13 Alaska Wild (3-13)
#14 Saipan Stingrays (2-14)
#15 DHARMA Initiative (1-15)
#16 Chippewa Prey (0-16)

Playoff 1st Round Matchups
==========================================================

#1 Wellington Assassins
#8 Newcastle Mountain Lions

#4 Perth Pirates
#5 Sydney Sea Wasps

#2 Olden Swillers
#7 Apia Evil

#3 Newcastle Dream
#6 DECATUR STALEYS

Great stuff. We'll see your Devils in a couple of days. I certainly hope your prediction is correct. I don't think we've ever been able to pull of a win against you guys!

Great write-up. I've lost work before by spending more time alloted and getting the time-out page once I hit post. In my case it was an AI

But great write-up, again. And thanks for putting it together.

Thanks once again Swift. Hopefully Apia takes care of business at home today. We really don't want to have to go on the road to get a win.

Absolutely a good game. I think that is the second game this season that a missed xp has really bitten us in the ass.

That and the 2.5 yards we needed at the end of the game for our AI to trigger a FG. ugh!

4 points is the difference between the Evil being 12-3 or 8-7 right now. Ouch.

Wanted to chime in on the Swift back patting and get my thanks in for making this forum top notch this season.

Guys like swift should get a small flex bump from Bort imo, I know he doesn't do it for a reward but it would be nice for the game to show some appreciation to the people who make the game better.
