It's that time of the season again guys and I wanted to start up the voting. It's the same as last year and I'm basically just copying and pasting what I had last season for the rules.

Just copy/paste the ballot below into your own post and try to vote for all (or as many as possible) positions. You dont have to finish it all at once but we want 32 complete ballots so it might be the smartest. Also please post your teams name and what conference you're voting for somewhere in your ballot. KEEP THIS THREAD ON TOPIC PLEASE. Thanks and lets have some fun with the Pro Bowl!

Some rules:
-only 1 ballot per team (can be a GM or an owner dont care)
-vote for your own conference only
-no voting for your own teams players (if they're good enough, they'll get votes)
-actually be smart, considerate in your voting, dont just pick all members from 1 or 2 teams, etc. unless thats your honest opinion.
-beware of HUGE games that extremely skew some players stats much higher than they would be (I know a few examples but Im not gonna lessen their chances by naming them, just pointing this out).

Here is the format of what your ballot should look like:

OT- MMJ - Joe Thomas#73 (excellent all around LT, 90+ cakes)

DE- Guam - Sultan of Sack (41 freakin sacks!)

OLB- Augusta - Travis Hays (80+ tackles, 2 FF, 13 sacks)
OLB- Skaro - Mr. Bruschi (79 tackles, 3 FF, 15 sacks)

CB- MMJ - Noel Lovemaker (10 INTs, 6 for TDs)
S- Guam - O.J Atogwe (54 tackles, 5 INTs, 2 for TDs)
SS- Forth Worth - Smith & Wesson (had to give it to him for 116 tackles and 8 FF)

K- Blue City - Maeven Longrange (100 % FG Pct. and look at all the long ones he made)
P- Skaro - Dalek Caan (highest average per punt)
KR- Blue City - Matt McLaren (2500+ yards, 2 TDs)
PR- Surgio Ramos (7 punt return TDs, 21.8 average)

Even though I think it is even, because we all have to play every other team except ourselves, I suggest checking the game log on the player page to verify consitency (i.e. ypg, ypc, TD/game, sacks/game, etc.)

I am not taking anything away from anyone, but the stats do lie... One player could have had 12 INT's and 8 TD in one game, and that makes him in the pro bowl, when others have done a great job holding there own the entire season. I understand that it took awhile, but in my opinion these came out really early. All the owners should look at the guy that they are about to nominate, check that Game Log and you will see if they had one or two big games, or its been great thoughout the year. If you just looked at the stats all together ya, they look amazing, but you dont know what it was from till you look at it. I dont care if my players are on it or not, but make sure that the right players get on it, and not anyone that got all there stats in one game. I have seen alot of the top CB's, QB's, RB's, DE's, LB, and WR's got there stats mainly from the 0-15 team... Its fine if you feel that they are the bests, owners/ GM's its your call. I know for a fact thought I am going to look deep into it, and find out were did the stats come from, I highly suggest everyone else from this point out do the same.

So take out everyone's best game. It's still subjective, anyways. Any way you slice it is based on subjectivity and opinion; As you said with the "your call" part.

You can take your time and gameplan for the playoffs but I just wanted to get it out early because I think it would be easier to get it done before the playoffs so if you continue in the playoffs you already have it done.

Yea its just been a weird week, busier than normal at work for this time of year, and then bus drivers went on strike, my means of transportation to and from work - more importantly too the bar on Fridays! hehe

I'll try to get it done this weekend.

Lol I was on FS and looked to see who you guys were picking and then I saw you could only vote for your own conference. This might take longer than I thought.

Yep, I agree with you, but really, its not like anyone gains anything from it, so no big deal...

I am not saying take there best game away, just look and see if they got 15 INT's in the season, and it was close to even thoughout it, no 8 INT game and then a 4, and then a 3, and nothing else that is not a pro-bowl guy, now if he had 1 or 2 in every other game, they yes, he should get on it, but dont go on just INT's for the DB, because there are DB's that go for the FF and sacks and what not, but dont get the ball thrown too much their way, or the bat it down. So just saying to all owners/ GM's look more into the Defense and Offensive players to see if the stats are honest, or if it was just one big game. Hell I bet the Titans would love to play the Raiders every game, it would make them look like an amazing team right... Get the stats that really matter, not from the 0-16 teams, or the 2-14 teams, those are not stats, but just a big guy pounding a little guy.

Conversely, since we all play the same teams with the exception of the first game of the season, couldn't you say that if other players are capable of putting up huge numbers against those weaker teams, others should be able to do the same? Everyone should have the same opportunities...
