Warrior General Games

Okay, I have a level 34 guard. He backs up both the LG and RG position. I have the following two items in my AE store:

Superior Purple Visor
+3 Agility
+1 Shock Block

Superior Purple Shirt
+3 Blocking
+1 First Step

I would like some opinion on which people think would be better. The guard is on a team that runs a lot and currently he has the following attributes:

90 strength
73 blocking
61 agility

Both are great pieces and I hate you for getting both in one shot. That being said I would chose the +3 blocking, +1 first step. The determining factor IMO is that first step can be much better than shock block especially if team runs a bunch.

My LT rolled +3 Blocking +1 Quick Cut piece also.

Also, I was leaning towards the +3 blocking +1 first step piece.

I would personally go for this, seeing as how you're playing both G positions. I'd say that pass defense is much more of a factor than stalling a defender on a rush play.
