Would cut block SA for a OT be worth investing in now the DE's are more agility based ?

Just going by the wording "this is an important skill when matched up against powerful, agile defenders"

"this is a near useless skill because it never works on highly agile DEs unless you have like 10 points in it in which case it still probably doesn't work on even half your plays".

The only way this SA will work is when you are actually fast and agile enough to do it.

I have had a piece of a AE with it for a long time and have not really noticed a difference. Gonna go look for something better.
